< Processing Service Requests < Adding a Service Request
Prior to scheduling a Service Request or emailing the request to a client and/or sitter, you can add a service that may be relevant, eg. a pet taxi or mileage.

STEP 2

Click “Add Requests...”
STEP 3

Add all the details required for the new services.

Click "Add Service Requests" when complete.
The new services are now displayed in the request list. You can now email the client and/or sitter with the updated Service Request or schedule the services.
ON MOBILE
STEP 1

Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > Service Requests
STEP 2

From the Service Request processing screen, tap on the blue link for the service request you wish to make changes to.
STEP 3

Tap the "Actions" button.

Then tap “Add Requests...”
STEP 4

Add all the details required for the new services.

Tap "Add Service Requests" when complete.
