Your schedule can be viewed in a variety of ways with the ability to filter the schedule so you only see certain items in your view.
You may want to see services on your Schedule that are the first service in a service order, for instance, the first pet visit in a vacation pet sitting reservation. Selecting “First Service Only” means that you see only services that are the first service of a particular booking. Using this option, you can write to clients or staff in bulk from the schedule about services that are about to start.
ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > Column View

How do I view the Column View of the Schedule by First Service Only?

The default view of the Schedule is "Scheduled & Completed" services.

To change the default view to "First Service Only," click on the drop-down menu called "Scheduled & Completed Services" and then select "First Service Only".

The Schedule will automatically display all services that are the first service in the service order
ON MOBILE
STEP 1

Tap the Navigator, and select Scheduler > Schedule > Column View
STEP 2

On the Column View, tap "Scheduled & Completed Services".

Tap on "First Service Only".

Tap "Done".

The Schedule will now display all services for the date range selected that are the first service in the service order.

You will see the services in the first column in your schedule first (i.e. Morning).

To toggle through the other columns in your schedule (for example, Midday, Afternoon, and Evening columns), then tap the right/left arrows in the column header.
