Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > Column View
Services in Pet Sitter Plus have a "Status." For example, they can be:
Scheduled or Completed
You can sort and view services in your Schedule by the status of the service. For example, you may want to see all of your cancelled visits during a certain week or month, or you may only want to see your scheduled services for the day, or perhaps you'd like to review all the visits that were completed last week.
You can also sort and view your Schedule by:
Services requiring keys which may help you get client keys to the assigned pet sitter before pet sitting begins.
First service only which means that you see only services that are the first service of a particular booking. Using this option, you can write to clients or staff in bulk from the schedule about services that are about to start.
Last service only where you may want to sort your schedule by last service only, then write to your clients to confirm they have returned home.

The default view of the schedule includes all Scheduled and Completed services.
You can optionally view all of your services on the Schedule, including scheduled & completed services, cancelled services, voided services. You can also see the first and last service in an order, and services requiring keys.
Sorting the Schedule by Cancelled services only will allow you to focus on only the services that were scheduled but have been cancelled.
You can also sort the Schedule by Void services only. If you've made a scheduling error, you may need to Void the incorrect/duplicate services, and then delete them out of the system entirely.
To see all of the first services in the service orders, you can sort the Schedule by First Service Only. This would enable you to write to your clients about services about to start.
Sorting your Schedule by Last Service Only will enable you to write to your clients to confirm they have returned home on time, and possibly ask them how their service was and to request an online review.
To help you determine if an assigned pet sitter has the client's key, you can sort the Schedule by Services Requiring Keys.
