< Scheduling Functions by Client Order in Column View < Cancelling Services
You may need to cancel several services for one client. For instance, a client may no longer be going on vacation so you need to cancel a week's worth of pet sitting visits. Or, a client may become ill so you need to cancel a few days of dog walking services.
To cancel multiple services for one client, it is possible to drill into the service order from the Column View of the Schedule.
ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > Column View
STEP 1
How Do I Cancel Multiple Services for a Client from the Column View?

To show more detail on the Schedule and display a link to the client's Order, click the "+" sign twice for more Detail.
Note: See Default Service Detail to change the default level of detail that you see on the Schedule.

Click the word "Order" from the service description on the Schedule.
Note: "Order" is a link to the client's service order that includes this visit on the Schedule.
STEP 2

In the service order, you can now cancel any services for the selected client.

Select the visit(s) by checking the boxes to the left.

Click the "Cancel" button.

The cancelled services will be marked "Cancelled" in the service order:
- They will also be greyed-out in the service order,
- The service charge and compensation will be adjusted to $0.00,
- And they will be removed from your Schedule.

Click the "Back" button above the Service Order to return to the Schedule Column View.
ON MOBILE
STEP 1

Tap the Navigator, and select Scheduler > Schedule > Column View
STEP 2

To show more detail on the schedule, tap the "+" sign next to "Detail":

Tapping the "+" sign once will display any Staff Notes and Invoice Notes.

Tapping the "+" sign again will display financial details as well as links to the service order and the Quote or Invoice.

To get to the client's service order, tap the "+" sign twice.
STEP 3

Tap the word "Order" to go to the client's service order.
STEP 4

To cancel one or multiple services in the client's service order:

select the services by tapping on the appropriate check boxes to the left,
-
or tap the "All" check box if you need to select all services.

Tap the "Actions" button.

Tap "Cancel" from the drop-down list.

The cancelled services will be marked "Cancelled" in the service order:

They will also be greyed-out in the service order,
-
The service charge and compensation will be adjusted to $0.00,

And they will be removed from your Schedule.
