Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > Column View
Emailing from the Column View of the Schedule allows you to notify a client who is scheduled on a specific day.
For example:

you can email the client when their service is cancelled on a snow day or a holiday,

when their services are about to start or end, or
-
when they've had a change of sitter.

You can email one or multiple clients from the Column View.

If your client booked vacation services in advance, you may want to remind them that their service is about to start to check if there are any changes. You can identify the client's services by first service only and email the client a reminder.
Email Clients from the Column View about Services Due to End >
If your client booked vacation services, you may want to remind them that their service is about to end to check if there are any changes for pet safety, or to ask them to contact you once they return home. You can identify the client's services by last service only and email the client a reminder.
