Pet Sitter Plus has at its core a central Admin Schedule that enables pet sitters, schedulers and administrators to manage their work in one central place and schedule work efficiently.
The Admin Schedule can be viewed in List View, Column View or Compact View.
Column View is organized in customizable columns. And it is possible to sort the information in the Column View in a number of different ways, for example, by Staff, by Area, or by Service Status. This helps you hone in on specific services to help you better manage your business.

Option to view the Schedule for one staff member only.
Each staff member can belong to an Area (thought of as a staff area) so that the Schedule can be viewed by "Staff Area" revealing only "staff who operate in the same area".
Each client can belong to an Area (thought of as a client area) so that the Schedule can be viewed by "Client Area" revealing only clients who are associated with that Area.
This enables you to view your schedule by "neighborhood" or "service area."
Services can be grouped together by type. For example, if you offer a 30, 45 and 60 minute dog walking service then they can all be grouped under the general category of "Walking." This feature enables you to look at just one group of services in your Schedule.
Services have a "Status." For example, they can be: Scheduled, Cancelled, Voided. You can also view first or last services on your client's orders in your Schedule.
View the Schedule by pre-set options such as "Today", "This Week", "This Month" or any date range you specify.
Each service entered into a service order will appear as a scheduled entry in the Schedule. The information held within a typical Column View entry is explained here.
Learn how to view different levels of Detail on the Schedule. You may want to see very basic information on your schedule (time, service, staff), or you may want to see staff notes and invoice notes, or you may even want to see client charges and staff compensation on your schedule. This function is also used for junior staff where you have restricted their access to financial information.
