< Scheduling Functions by Client Order in Column View < Voiding Services

You may need to void several services for one client. For instance, perhaps you made a scheduling error and then realized you need to delete the extra services you scheduled erroneously. If these visits are in the past, you'll need to void them before you can delete them. This is a security measure so you do not inadvertently delete past visits that have already occurred.

 

It is possible to drill into the service order from the Column View of the Schedule in order to void multiple services for one client.

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > Column View
STEP 1

 

How Do I Void Multiple Services for a Client from the Column View?

  • To show more detail on the Schedule and display a link to the client's Order, click the "+" sign twice for more Detail.

 

​Note: See Default Service Detail to change the default level of detail that you see on the Schedule.

  • Click the word "Order" from the service description on the Schedule.

 

Note: "Order" is a link to the client's service order that includes this visit on the Schedule.

​STEP 2

  • Select the service(s) you need to void by checking the boxes on the left.

  • Click the "Void" button.

  • The voided services will be marked "Void" in the service order:

    • ​They will also be greyed-out in the service order,

    • The service charge and compensation will be adjusted to $0.00,

    • And they will be removed from your Schedule.

  • See Voiding a Service for more information.

  • Click the "Back" button above the Service Order to return to the Schedule Column View.

        ON MOBILE 

STEP 1

 

  • Tap the Navigator, and select Scheduler > Schedule > Column View

STEP 2

  • To show more detail on the schedule, tap the "+" sign next to "Detail": 

    • Tapping the "+" sign once will display any Staff Notes and Invoice Notes​.

    • Tapping the "+" sign again will display financial details as well as links to the service order and the Quote or Invoice.

  • To get to the client's service order, tap the "+" sign twice.

STEP 3

  • Tap the word "Order" to go to the client's service order.

STEP 4

  • To void multiple services for a single client in the client's service order:

    • select the services by tapping on the appropriate check boxes​ to the left, or

    • tap the "All" check box if you need to select all services.

  • Tap the "Actions" button​.

STEP 5

  • Tap "Void" from the drop-down list.

  • The voided services will be marked "Void" in the service order:

    • ​They will also be greyed-out in the service order,

    • The service charge and compensation will be adjusted to $0.00,

    • And they will be removed from your Schedule.

  • Tap the "Back" button above the Service Order to return to the Schedule Column View.
