< Emailing from the List View < Email Clients from the List View about Services Due to End
If you have clients that have booked services such as vacation visits or boarding, you may wish to communicate with them for pet safety to remind them that their service is about to end, as this gives them the opportunity to update you on any changes since the time they placed their booking. You may also just wish to confirm that they have returned home.
Pet Sitter Plus provides the option to send emails to clients from the Schedule about services that are about to end, and this can be done from the Column View or the List View for multiple clients or on an individual client basis.
NOTE: If there isn't a suitable email template provided for you in your system, you will need to create a new email template. To learn how to do this and see if there is an existing template example that you can copy, please see our list of Email Template Examples for further instructions.
ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > List View
STEP 1
How do I email clients from the List View about Services about to End?

Select the date range for which you will notify clients of a change in service.

Select "Last Service Only" from the dropdown.

Select the clients by putting a check in the checkbox to the left of their service, or click the "All" checkbox to select all clients.

Click "Email".

Un-check "Send to Sitter(s)" to ensure only clients are receiving this email.

Select the appropriate email from the email template drop-down menu. In this example, we selected the email template called "Last Service Confirmation - Customer Reminder".

Write an appropriate Email Subject for your email if needed.

Click "Send".
Note that the email templates already include "merge codes." The merge codes will automatically insert client information into the body of the email. For instance, the merge code "{CLIENT_FORENAME}" will insert the client's first name into the email. If you are sending the email to multiple clients, their individual client names will be inserted into the emails so their email is customized for them. Your clients will then receive the email, which has been customized because of the merge codes within your email template.
ON MOBILE
