The option to email service confirmations from the service order to either staff or clients is included in this release.
This functionality, long since available for job requests has now been extended to the service order. This means that you are now able to confirm one or more scheduled services to either your staff members, or your client or both.
As we currently have no mechanism for distributing new email templates, you will need to manually create new email templates yourself in order to use this feature.
Examples of templates that you could use are shown in the attached slide show.
Under ADMIN > SUPPORTING DATA > EMAIL TEMPLATES
you will find new merge codes that can be used in email templates when emailing clients or sitters from the service order.
