< Service Requests < How Do I Know if a Staff Member has Time Off?
When staff members take time off, you are able to view their upcoming holiday schedule under Scheduler > Schedule > Time Off.
As service requests come in, it is important to take note of who is available and when. So you do not have to continually check the staff time off page, the service request will also give you an indication if someone on your team is not available to perform that service.
