INTRODUCTION
An option that enables the scheduling of internal services (internal services can be thought of as internal activities performed prior to the actual service delivery) such that when such services are scheduled, the date on which the actual services are billed is not changed or affected.
Some clients need to schedule services that could be thought of as internal activities, examples could be:
-
an additional meeting with the client prior to a service starting,
-
key pickups and drop offs etc.
These internal services are often not required to trigger billing.
If your billing policy is that you bill on the date the deliverable services start (for example the actual visits or the actual walks), then you will not want the bulk invoicing program to select orders for billing based on the date of internal activities that have been scheduled.
This new function enables you to manage this requirement.
