< Scheduling Functions for Services in List View < Assigning Keys
If the scheduled pet sitter does not have the necessary keys assigned to them, this can be done here from the Column View on the Schedule.

Click on the "Activity" menu to view the service activity for the selected service.

If the key is green on the Column View, this indicates that the staff member should already have the key in their possession.

If the key is red this indicates that the key is assigned to a different member of staff and indicates that it is in their possession. The scheduled sitter will then have to obtain the key from them. On the Keys screen, the keys will need to be "unassigned" and then "assigned" to the scheduled sitter.

If the key is black this indicates that the key is in the office and available to be given to the staff member. On the Keys screen, click the "Assign" button to assign it to the scheduled staff member.

Tap the Navigator, and select Scheduler > Schedule > Column View

Navigate to the service for which you would like to assign a key.

To access the scheduling functions for the service, tap on the service short description, eg. "30walk1".

Tap the Navigator, then select the service "Keys" option from the menu.
