< Viewing the Schedule < List View by Staff Area
Each staff member can belong to an "Area" so that the Schedule can be viewed by "Staff Area" revealing only "staff who operate in the same area."
To find out more about setting up staff areas, see Adding an Area.
The Schedule will automatically sort by the selected Staff Area.

You can assign each staff person to one area on the staff's "Settings" tab, see Applying Areas to Staff.
ON MOBILE:
STEP 1

Tap the Navigator, and select Scheduler > Schedule > List View
STEP 2

Tap the double-arrows just underneath the "Actions" button.

This will display several drop-down menus to sort your schedule.

Tap on the "All Staff Areas" drop-down.
STEP 3

Tap the Staff Area for which you would like to view on the schedule.

Then tap "Done".

Now you can view the Schedule by Staff Area.

In this example, Katherine is a staff person in the Staff Area: Jacksonville, and she has three services (walks) scheduled.
