Your schedule can be viewed in a variety of ways with the ability to filter the schedule so you only see certain items in your view.
You may need to see all of your voided services for a certain time period, or you may need to confirm that you did in fact void a client's previously scheduled services.
Generally you should void services if you need to delete services that have already occurred (services that are scheduled in the past). Before you can delete past services, you'll need to void them first.
Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > List View
How do I view the List View of the Schedule by Void Services Only?
The default view of the Schedule is "Scheduled & Completed" services.
To change the default view to "Void Services Only," click on the drop-down menu called "Scheduled & Completed Services" and then select "Void Services Only".
The Schedule will automatically display voided services only.
Tap the Navigator, and select Scheduler > Schedule > List View
Tap "Scheduled & Completed Services".
Tap on "Void Services Only".
The Schedule will now display all previously scheduled services that have been voided, for the date(s) selected.
