Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > List View
From the List View, you have options to Edit, Cancel, Void or Delete one or multiple services. Your changes will automatically reflect on the Schedule.
If you need to edit a single service (eg. the client called to request a time change for their scheduled dog walk), then you can edit the service directly from the Schedule.
Likewise, if you need to change several services on a certain day (eg. your pet sitter has called in sick and you need to reassign all of their dog walks that day to another staff member), then you can make these edits to the services directly.
You are also able to access a client's service and view the service report, activity report and the client map.

How to edit single or multiple services directly from the column view of the Schedule. Change the pet sitter, time or service. Update the price or compensation, or quickly add a staff note or invoice note.
View the Service Report that the pet sitter has created which provides details of the completed service.
View the service Activity Report to see Acknowledged, Completed, GPS check-in/check-out data.
View a Map of the client's location (address on file).
Assign a key to the scheduled staff member.
