< Scheduling Functions for Services in List View < Viewing the Service Report

The Service Report is a form (or report) that can be emailed to the client after their pet service has been completed. It is a great way to communicate with your client about what happened on the pet visit and how their pets are doing. Clients can reply to the service report (by clicking the "Reply" button on the email they receive); their reply will go to the company email address.

 

The service report can initially be emailed to the client by the pet sitter (via the "Save and Send" button in the Staff Dashboard during the visit). This enables the pet sitter to relay information to the client immediately upon completing the service, in a professional manner through Pet Sitter Plus. There is no need for the pet sitter to use his or her personal phone number or email address for client communication. 

The service report can also simply be saved to Pet Sitter Plus (without being emailed to the client) by using the "Save" button in the Staff Dashboard. This allows an administrator to first review the pet sitter's service report, amend it as needed, and then email it to the client, if desired. 

Service reports are also saved in the client portal for the client's review.

 

The service report can include visit notes, photos, date/time stamp, Admin sign-off, and more. Go to Custom Fields to find out how to customize your service report.

Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > List View

How Do I View the Service Report from the List View?

  • To access the scheduling functions including the service Report for any service from the List View of the Schedule, tap on the service long description, eg. "Dog walk 1 dog, 30 mins".

  • Click on the "Service Report" menu to view the service Report for the selected service.

You can simply review the Service Report here, or amend the Report and send (or re-send) to the client.

  • To send the service Report to the client from the Report tab switch the "Email on Update" option to ON.
  • Make any necessary updates to the service Report, i.e. add a note, upload a new photo etc.

  • Click "Update". The report will then be emailed to the client.

        ON MOBILE

  • Tap the Navigator, and select Scheduler > Schedule > List View

  • Navigate to the service for which you would like to review the Service Report.

  • To access the scheduling functions for the service, tap on the service short description, eg. "30walk1".

  • Tap the Navigator, then select the "Service Report" option from the menu.
