The Check-in Overdue notification will be triggered in the Staff Activity report if:

The staff member has NOT checked-in to the scheduled service, which could be because they simply forgot to.

When will the Check-in Overdue notification be triggered in the Staff Activity report?

In this example, the staff member forgot to check-in – and out – of their first dog walk which was due to take place in the time block between 11:00am - 1:00pm.

Once you have noted the issue, you can click "Dismiss" to tidy up your report.
Don't forget, you can change the period of time your report displays at any time. See View Staff Activity for more information on how to do this.
ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to Scheduler > Monitor > Staff Activity

How do I view the Checkin Overdue notification on the Staff Activity Report?

Choose a date range for your report. Eg. If you click "Today" it will go straight to the report, or

Click "Reload" to see all staff activity within the date range specified.
You can see that the "Checkin Overdue" has been triggered as it appears the staff member has not checked in to their scheduled service.
STEP 2
After speaking to the staff member, they give you the correct walk times and you can then enter these into the Staff Activity.

Click "Adjust Times..."

Enter the Check-in at 11:15am and Check-out at 11:45am.

Click "Update".
STEP 3
If you have a large team of staff, your report will probably be quite long. You can choose to view just the results for the "Check-in Overdue" notification in your Staff Activity report to make it easier to contact the particular staff members involved.

Click on the dropdown for "All Services" and choose "No check-in".

Click "Reload".

If you wish, you can change the date range for this report and click "Reload" again.
