This email is sent when a client cancels a Service Request prior to you (the admin) scheduling the work.

 

 Who receives the services canceled confirmation email?

  • The services canceled confirmation email is always sent to the client's email address held on file. If there is an alternative contact held on file and the option to "copy emails to this address" has been checked, then canceled request confirmation email will also go to the alternative contacts email address.

  • The canceled confirmation email is always sent to the company email. The company email can be found in Admin > Settings > Company information.

 How can I change the text on my confirmation emails?

ON DESKTOP:

Here is an example of the email that is sent to a client to confirm that they have canceled the online service request they made prior to it being scheduled. A copy is also emailed to your company email.
