<      Key Management < View Services Requiring Keys

When you view your schedule for the day, there may be a number of staff who don't have the keys they need in order to carry out their work.

 

There are two ways you can see a list of services that are requiring keys:

 

  • You can see a full list of all staff who have assigned services that require keys for the next few days; or
     

  • You can run a report in the Schedule List or Column view to see services requiring keys.

 

Both reports give you the ability to assign keys, or reassign keys from the previous staff member who had the key.

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Scheduler > Key Management
OPTION 1

How do I view the list of staff that are requiring keys to carry out their work from the key management report?

  • Click on "Required Keys" from the navigator menu.

  • ​The report displays a list of all the services that require keys for all staff over the next few days.

  • From this screen, you can assign keys to the new staff member.​

  • You can also access the key details and history by clicking on the key's reference.

OPTION 2

Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > List View or Column View

How do I view the list of staff that are requiring keys to carry out their work from day's Schedule?

  • From the List view, select "Services Requiring Keys" from the dropdown that defaults to "Scheduled & Completed Services".

  • When the services are displayed, you can see that the required keys icon displays in red.

  • In order to assign the key to the new staff member, click on the long service description of the service.

  • From the Column view, select "Services Requiring Keys" from the dropdown that defaults to "Scheduled & Completed Services".

  • When the services are displayed, you can see that the required keys icon displays in red.

  • In order to assign the key to the new staff member, click on the short service description of the service.

  • From the "Edit Service" screen, select the "keys" option from the navigator menu.

  • You can then click the "Return" button to enable the key to be reassigned.
