Your Pet Sitter Plus software will come pre-configured with several example client records for you to use during your training, and each of these clients also has one or two service orders that contain various scheduled services.
You will learn how to use these service orders to send quotes to your client (an optional step in the billing cycle), and then to create an invoice (an official request for payment) to your client for the services you have provided, or will provide in advance.
Pet Sitter Plus will automatically generate a CC email to your admin email address of all Quotes and Invoices that are sent from the software.
We will also look at the "uninvoiced report" to view a list of quotes that are ready to be invoiced to your clients in bulk.
