The Planner enables administrators to monitor the availability of staff that provide a particular type of service within the business. Typically the staff being monitored are providing either boarding or overnight services. The planner has been designed to show:

Periods when pet sitters are available to provide additional boarding or overnight services.

Periods when pet sitters are full or oversubscribed.

Periods when pet sitters are not working due to illness, vacation, holiday etc.

Details of overnight bookings including start and end dates.

To monitor a service in the Planner, the value of “Resource Cost” (for the service you want to monitor) must be set up on the service item first.
The Capacity setting controls whether or not a staff member will appear in the Planner so is essential if you wish to use this function.
