Visit routine can now be accessed and updated by your clients via the client portal (subject to company option)
The visit routine forms part of the main client record and it holds all the information required to successfully complete a visit to the satisfaction of your client. It holds important details such as
alarm codes and security information required to gain access to the property,
information about the visit itself, such as where the pets are located and how they should be fed and cared for,
details of any medication required etc.

There is a new setting located in ADMIN > SETTINGS > Client portal settings that allows you to grant access to this information in the client portal such that the visit routine can now be viewed and updated directly by your clients.
However due to the sensitive nature of the visit routine, some pet sitting businesses may not wish this information to be available to their clients which is why it is also possible to revoke access to the visit routine so that clients cannot view or update it.
