< Monitor Dashboard < View Live Staff Map
The Dashboard - or "staff map and event stream" - gives you "live" GPS data on the "last seen" location of all your staff that have work scheduled for them during the working day.
This data is activated by staff checking-in and out of services.
Note: to enable GPS notifications and reporting to function accurately, it is essential the the client's home address is set correctly on the client map. See Setting the Client Location for more information.
ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to Scheduler > Monitor > Dashboard
STEP 1
How do I View the staff map?

As soon as one of your staff has checked-in the "last seen" map will display.

The "live" location of each staff member is indicated on the map with a location marker which displays their initials, eg. JC for Jack.

Click on the marker to see more detail of which service the staff member has last checked-in or out.

You can see a full description of the staff name, check-in or out date and timestamp, plus the client name and the service description.

Zooming in or out will display a much greater accuracy for the staff member's exact location when they checked-in or out.

Click on the "+" button to zoom in.

Hold the mouse button down to move the map around if you need to move to the area you want to see.

Click on the "Satellite" button to get a more realistic and less simplified view of the area around the staff member's location.
STEP 5

To see the street view in the google map, drag the "person" icon over to the sitter's location marker and release the mouse button.
STEP 6

From street view, you can then navigate around the area. This could be useful if you needed to direct staff to a new client's home address.

To return to the map view, click the "left" arrow at the top of the image.
ON MOBILE
STEP 1

Tap the Navigator, and select Scheduler > Monitor > Dashboard
