< Time Off < Viewing Time Off in the Planner
It is important to be able to see at a glance when members of the whole team have booked time off, whether it is for vacation as well as sickness, car breakdown, or time off for other commitments etc.
The Time Off planner enables you to see the team members on a day-by-day basis.
ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > Time Off

The "Total" row indicates the "total" number of staff that are absent from the business on any particular day. This helps with planning staff team rotas and availability for performing services.

You can navigate between months by clicking the arrows by the date.

Note: You will also see an information panel detailing how many services can be run, how many have already been run, and any that are not covered by the date range selected.
